Google Developer Group (GDG) Cebu is bringing back the biggest Google Tech Conference in the Philippines, DevFest Cebu 2019 on November 16, 2019.

GDG DevFests are large community-run events that provide the opportunity for tech-savvy individuals to learn about the latest technologies and other developer products.

International and local experts will discuss different topics such as machine learning, automated testing, the internet of things (IoT), mobile development and other technologies by Google.

With the theme, #HumansOfDevFest: Share your GDG Cebu Story, participants are encouraged to share about their past GDG experiences and how GDG has helped them in their journey as developers.

The recently announced Developer Student Club (DSC) will also be introduced during the conference.

Tickets are priced at PHP400 for students and PHP500 for professionals. Early bird and barkada promos are also available for a limited time only. Tickets are inclusive of conference access, conference kit, lunch, and afternoon snacks. A certificate of attendance is provided upon request.

DevFest Cebu 2019 is powered by Google and brought to you by Google Developer Group (GDG) Cebu and Women TechMakers (WTM) Cebu and is sponsored by GitLab, TrustArc, PRWorks, Fullspeed Technologies, Lexmark, Fizzbuzz, Jetbrains, Ambidextr, and KitaMo.

Knowing is not enough; we must apply. Willing is not enough; we must do.

“People who succeed have momentum. The more they succeed, the more they want to succeed, and the more they find a way to succeed. Similarly, when someone is failing, the tendency is to get on a downward spiral that can even become a self-fulfilling prophecy.”
