Asticom bagged a double Bronze in Asia Pacific STEVIE® Awards 2021 for Most Exemplary Employer and Most Valuable Corporate Response, two newly-introduced categories under COVID-19 response.
These special categories were created to honor the contributions of individuals, groups, and organizations that have worked valiantly over the past months to keep people safe, healthy, employed, and informed.
The Most Exemplary Employer Award is a distinction given to organizations that have demonstrated their extra commitment to keeping their employees working, paid, and safe during the pandemic.
On the other hand, The Most Valuable Corporate Response Award recognizes the exemplary actions taken by companies to ensure the well-being of their employees, customers, and communities during the pandemic.
Despite the challenges brought about by the global health crisis, Asticom remained steadfast in its mission to improve people’s lives and have each employee at the center of its business.
While the pandemic would have forced other companies to downsize and cut losses, Asticom saw it as a sign to redouble its efforts and hold a stronger conviction in helping the people.

Apart from assisting the employees in transitioning to a work-from-home environment, Asticom also made sure to check on their health status through the chatbot MARS (Monitor Astifam’s Responses and Safety). For employees who were quarantined due to the virus, Asticom provided financial aid and other assistance.
